Benefits Effective Date
Benefits are effective on the employee’s start date.
Medical Insurance
We provide 100% employee coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Dental Insurance
Through Assurant, we provide 100% employee coverage.
Vision Insurance
We also provide 100% employee coverage through Assurant.
Life Insurance
Blue Cross Blue Shield also manages our 100% employer-provided life insurance policy.
Employees may have up to 3% of their pay withheld and matched by Homes of Hope for Children, to save for retirement through Franklin Templeton.
For every twenty-one days they are on duty, houseparents receive nine consecutive days off.
