Transitional Living Program

Homes of Hope for Children has a deep sense of responsibility to the children who are raised on our campus. Reflecting upon that responsibility, the Transitional Living Program strives to serve young adults who have graduated from high school while living on our campus and will be transitioning into the next stage of their lives.

Through this program, we continue to provide young adults a safe, Christ-centered living environment as they pursue continued education or other vocational goals. These young adults receive guidance and support through life experiences as they become increasingly more independent.

The Transitional Living Program consists of two apartments located on our campus able to house a total of 12 young adults.
